Intelligence Community Reorganization

This report describes the intelligence agencies of the Defense Department, addresses their roles in the Intelligence Community and within DOD, and notes the role of the recently established position of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD(I)). It looks at current approaches to intelligence reorganization and discusses the possible implications of adopting them.
