Summary
In recent years, the U.S. Supreme Court has addressed a range of sexual harassment issues, from the legality of same-sex harassment to the vicarious liability of employers and local school districts for monetary damages as the result of harassment by supervisors and teachers. These and other significant Supreme Court cases regarding sexual harassment and violence against women are discussed in this report.
